How do I submit an SGI claim?
To report your claim, you can access the SGI e-claim portal or call SGI directly at 1-844-855-2744. You are welcome to ask ACX Venture to prepare your repair estimate, although SGI may sometimes conduct appraisals with their own staff. Can I get a rental car while my vehicle is undergoing repairs at ACX?
Yes! We can arrange a rental vehicle for you on behalf of our Enterprise partner. Additionally, your rental costs will be fully covered if you are not at fault for the collision, have loss of use coverage on your insurance policy, or if your vehicle was damaged in a collision with wildlife (which requires a package policy).
Will the new paint match my vehicle’s original colour?
Absolutely. By utilizing a state-of-the-art spray booth and industry-leading paint systems, we guarantee a seamless colour match that restores your vehicle to its factory-original finish.
Is there a warranty on your repairs?
At ACX, we stand behind our craftsmanship by offering a limited lifetime warranty on our services. What vehicle brands does ACX Venture repair?
ACX Venture services most makes and models, domestic and imported. We are OEM certified for a vast array of brands, meaning we follow manufacturer-specific repair procedures whenever applicable. Regardless of what you drive, you’ll receive high-quality care backed by our limited lifetime warranty.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
We do not run our own shuttle, but we do have access to the shuttle service offered by SMP. Additionally, our partners at Enterprise Rent-A-Car will pick you up from our shop if you are renting a vehicle while yours is being repaired.
How long does a collision repair take?
Repair timelines depend on the nature and extent of the damage, parts availability, and your insurance claim process. Our team will provide a detailed estimate and keep you updated throughout the process. We do our absolute best to get your vehicle back in a safe and timely manner.
