All the staff were kind and patient, especially Lori who made sure I had a loaner car for the duration of the repair. My car is uncommon, on the higher end and very new so the fact that they got parts so quickly I was surprised. I was also very happy with their customer service, they answered all my questions, cleaned my car top to bottom and the detailer even cleaned my son's stuffed animal that he dropped in a puddle when I picked up my car.
